About the Internship
Imagine being at the forefront of creating digital replicas of complex spaces that could revolutionize how we understand and interact with our environments!
This internship offers you a unique opportunity to dive deep into the exciting realm of digital twin technology.
You’ll be part of a groundbreaking project that transforms real-world spaces like offices, hospitals, and training facilities into precise digital representations.
The goal is to create and synchronize a digital copy of these spaces by using a combination of traditional SLAM with semantic segmentation techniques.
What will you do and learn?
As an intern, you’ll be part of our technical team, working hands-on with advanced mapping and semantic segmentation techniques. You’ll gain invaluable experience in:
- Collecting critical visual and mapping data from diverse environments
- Testing and validating the digital twin pipeline, identifying basic issues.
- Supporting the development of cutting-edge digital mapping technologies
- Exploring object recognition and intelligent tagging systems
- Developing professional documentation skills that are essential in tech research
About you
No need to be a tech wizard from the start. If you a master’s student, studying robotics, software engineering, or game programming, you’ll fit right in.
Ideally, you have the following qualifications:
- Currently studying robotics, software engineering, or game programming at a Technical University
- In your final year (master’s)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in the English language
