About the Internship

Almende IT helps Dutch SMEs build teams in Indonesia. Since this is a new service we offer, we want to get a clearer picture of our target audience’s buyer journey.

Market research survey

What will you do and learn?

In short: you’ll map out the buyer journey of our potential customers.

We’re thinking of starting with a small-scale qualitative study with open questions, followed by a larger quantitative survey.

For the qualitative part, you’ll, with some guidance, interview decision makers at SME companies to understand their needs and expectations.

After wrapping up this qualitative research, you’ll design a questionnaire suitable for a larger survey. That survey will then be rolled out on a bigger scale.

You’ll have plenty of room for your own ideas too. If you have a better approach, we’re all ears!

The results will be used to improve both our service and its marketing.

About you

Ideally, you have the following qualifications:

  • You’re in your third or fourth year of an HBO or university program in Marketing, Commercial Economics, Communication, Digital Media, Business Administration, or something similar
  • You have a passion for marketing
  • You’re practical and able to work independently
  • You write easily, clearly, and fluently in Dutch
  • Available from December 2025 for 32 to 40 hours a week
